Dr. Ph. Martin’s Bombay Ink: Turquoise
$4.50

In stock
Dr. Ph. Martin’s Bombay India Inks are smooth to write with and come in several vibrant colors! Here’s why we love this Turquoise tone:
- The gradation. The shades of this color change as you write; some strokes will dry very dark, while others will be light.
- Durability! India inks (including this one) are lightfast, permanent, and waterproof.
- The stunning color – This is a tasteful blue that is just as at home on formal projects as it is on casual mail art!
Dr. Ph. Martin’s Bombay Inks come in a bottle with a dropper, which unfortunately isn’t dip pen-friendly. I’d highly recommend purchasing a glass jar to transfer them into!

I’m in LOVE with this color of ink! It works so well with my pointed pen and gives a unique look compared to sumi.

This ink is nice and thin, really easy to use, and I like the gradients of color you get with it – from lighter blue to a fairly dark blue.

Love this ink! I’m still pretty new to calligraphy so I’ve struggled with the thicker Sumi ink because I can’t always tell if it’s too think and needs dilution or if I’m just not doing a good job….but this ink has been so easy to write with and I love having gorgeous colors to work with instead of just black. I took one star away because I would sometimes like to have a more consistent color, but the gradation is a cool effect and makes every project unique!
