In addition to the calligraphy kit launch, you can expect to see a new website design + a couple more product retirements.

Saying Goodbye to Classic Amy Style Calligraphy on 7/5
On June 13th, I released the limited edition Classic Amy Style Calligraphy Worksheet (plus a Procreate version). Per learner requests, I also made a brush pen version of the worksheet last week! It was really fun to create a limited edition worksheet set and focus on that particular calligraphy style for a handful of weeks. I'd like to do that a few times per year, for sure!

As I mentioned when I released the worksheets, they're leaving the TPK catalog for good on July 5th at at 9:00 PM MDT (Denver, CO, timezone). What to Expect from TPK This Month
There are some big changes happening on the website in July, and I'm really excited to see them come to fruition! Here's the breakdown:
1. Calligraphy Kits
You've noticed me talking about these for months ... and now I *finally* have all of the kit components! We just need to figure out their prices -- my main priority is to make them affordable!
You can expect to see these beauties in the TPK catalog on July 25th at the latest!
2. A Website Redesign
Frankly, simplicity has never been my strong suit. When it comes to visual stuff, I love to lay it all out for you with a ton of embellishment -- just look at the calligraphy kit box above! I don't think that's a great philosophy for a website design, though. That's why Ana has taken the initiative to work with Hernán on a new, quite simplistic, website design. The new design should make it much easier to find what you're looking for!
We'll launch the new design sometime within the next 3-4 weeks!
3. More Retirements
I think a cleaner, pared-down catalog goes hand-in-hand with better web design! So, this month, all of the Parisian-themed illustration products will get the boot. I'll officially announce dates and the specific products affected in an upcoming blog post!

What I'm Working on This Month
Behind the scenes, I'll be putting together an online handwriting course. Inspired by one of TPK's most popular blog posts, 8 Tips to Improve Your Handwriting, the goal is to help you improve your everyday penmanship!
Here are some example alphabets that will be included in the course. This is a big project, so I won't have it ready for you until September!
The course will cover both printed and cursive writing. It's intended for adults -- people who already understand how to make letterforms and simply want to make them better! My biggest goal is not to force you to conform to a specific handwriting style, but to help you perfect your natural style. After all, handwriting is such a personal thing, and it's important to let your personality shine through in your letters!
Workshops This Weekend!
This weekend, I'll be at The Riverside teaching beginner calligraphy workshops. Unfortunately, TPK 2019 calligraphy workshops are sold out. However, I'm glad to take down your name for summer 2020 workshops if you'd like to receive a notification once dates are announced (in March-ish)! Just respond directly to this email with your request.
As for the learners who will be here this weekend, keep an eye on your inbox! I'll be sending you an email this afternoon to touch base. I can't wait to meet you and enjoy a morning (or an afternoon) of calligraphy and creativity with you!
In addition to all of this, I'll be turning 31 this month. 30 was my most hectic and beautiful year yet! It made me a mother, which, in turn, turned me into a lot of other things -- chef, nursery rhyme connoisseur, and a master of presenting distractions. Every day, I find myself learning more and more about (figurative) balance. In the meantime, 9.5 month-old Remy is learning about literal balance: we're pretty sure he'll start walking within the next few weeks!
