This includes when you visit thepostmansknock.com, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form; or participate in other activities, services, features or resources I make available on The Postman’s Knock. You may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address. You may, however, visit the site anonymously. Personal identification information will be accepted from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to this site. You can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent you from engaging in site-related activities like ordering a product or downloading a free printable.

YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE SHARED WITH A THIRD PARTY. I may retain your information in order to send updates (i.e. digital file updates); send you a thank you card, etc. If, however, you wish for your personal information to be erased from the TPK records, you need only ask.

The Postman’s Knock may collect non-personal identification information about you whenever you interact with the website. Non-personal identification information may include your browser name (Firefox, Safari, etc.), the type of computer and technical information about your means of connection to the website, such as the operating system, and the Internet service providers utilized, and other similar information.

Why is this information collected? The Postman’s Knock collects this information for a number of reasons. If I know which browsers my users are utilizing to view the site, it’s easier for me to optimize your experience (e.g. make the site Internet Explorer-friendly; avoid using the Flash plug-in). The goal is to constantly improve this site to give you the best experience possible.

Your web browser places cookies on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about you — like recognizing you when you revisit the site. You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent.
