Yes, Premium members get access to exclusive blog posts, tutorials, and worksheets not available to the general public. Premium Plus includes all these benefits plus additional content like video courses and access to worksheets in the TPK Catalog.
Can I cancel my monthly Premium or Premium Plus subscription?
If you cancel during a paid subscription, you’re still charged for the entire monthly billing period. Access to TPK Premium remains intact until the end of your monthly billing period.
Can I cancel my yearly Premium/Premium Plus subscription?
If you cancel during a paid subscription, you’re still charged for the entire yearly billing period. Access to the TPK Premium Plus content remains intact until the end of your yearly billing period.
Can I still access the content if I cancel my subscription?
No. Once your subscription period ends, you’ll lose access to your Premium or Premium Plus content, including archived posts/tutorials and videos.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in your TPK account, where you’ll find key information like when your renewal happens. Reach out to [email protected] if you require assistance.
What happens if I want to upgrade from Premium to Premium Plus?
If you upgrade from Premium to Premium Plus, the upgrade will take effect immediately. You’ll be charged the difference in price, and you’ll gain access to Premium Plus benefits right away. You can upgrade to Premium Plus in your account.
What if I miss a worksheet release in the Premium tier? Can I still access it?
Premium worksheets are only available for the month they are released. Afterward, you can purchase the worksheet individually or upgrade to Premium Plus for unlimited access.
Can I download the video courses in Premium Plus?
No, the video courses are accessible via streaming only. However, you have unlimited access to the videos while your subscription is active.
Why are Premium Plus users limited to two worksheet/resource downloads every month?
When you download worksheets through a Premium Plus membership, your download links will expire if you cancel the membership. However, any worksheets you’ve already saved to your device will remain accessible. The reason for the download limit is to prevent someone from subscribing for just one month, downloading everything in the Catalog, and then canceling. That said, I understand that productivity can vary from month to month!
