This PDF was created for The Cheater’s Illuminated Alphabet Tutorial! To use it, complete the checkout process (this product is free), then open the PDF. Instruct your printer to print the page with the letter on it that you wish to create, then follow the tutorial. Here are a couple of things to note:

  • These letters are courtesy of Alexander Nesbitt’s Decorative Alphabets and Initials, which shares this alphabet with us copyright-free.
  • These vintage letters have been re-sized to 5″x7″ from about 1″x1″. Because of this, they lack crisp edges — but they’re more than sufficient for tracing!
  • The letters “X” and “Z” are missing. Evidently the creator of the alphabet didn’t place much importance on these two under-appreciated letters. I’m sorry about that!
