The cut and folded envelopes will end up being 6-1/8″ x 4-3/8″ (15.6 x 11.1 cm). These DIY envelope templates print off well on any paper surface, but I like them best on 32# HP laserjet paper. It’s a pointed pen-friendly paper that will allow you to add a crisp and clean address beside the Halloween design on your chosen envelope(s)!

The templates are designed to print on US Letter paper; they also print well on A4 paper. Once you print a template, simply cut it out, fold the flaps in, and tape or glue the flaps to secure. Add your recipient’s address to the front, and the envelope is ready to send!
