This versatile set can be used for a variety of applications. Here’s what I like it for:

  • Mixing up gouache – put gouache in the cup, then use the dropper bottle to add water. Feel free to let the gouache dry in the cup between usages. You can always re-hydrate it!
  • On-the-go watercolor creation – Put water in your dropper bottle, then seal it tightly. Go to a café or wherever you want to paint, and use the dropper bottle to hydrate your watercolors. Pour water from the bottle into the little cup to clean and hydrate your paintbrush.
  • Ink dilution – Use the dropper from the dropper bottle to add water to any ink
  • Portable art water cup – The little cup in this set is nice for holding a small quantity of art water

Note that the dropper bottle is about 3″ tall by 7/8″ wide. The mixing cup is around 1″ wide and a little over 1-1/2″ tall.
