MicroGlaze is an excellent protectant for envelope art, sketchbook pages, bookmarks, and more. Just rub it over the surface of your work, then use a cloth to buff the MicroGlaze to a gloss, if you wish! Here’s what I love about MicroGlaze:

It’s a no-fail protectant for envelope art. An envelope treated with MicroGlaze can withstand intense moisture!
One jar goes a long way, and it never goes bad. (I’ve used the same jar since 2016.)
MicroGlaze is non-toxic and acid-free.

Description

Note that MicroGlaze isn’t great for large-batch jobs (like calligraphing wedding envelopes). Instead, it’s ideal for the occasional piece of envelope art. For example, here are two envelopes I used it on:

What a find. A must for those of us making mail art or sending beautiful calligraphy addressed envelopes! I also use it on recipe cards, since mine are always on the counter and taking spills.

An interesting product that does indeed waterproof and envelope and makes it shine. Worth getting as you can use it for other projects.
