Inspired by Copperplate, Janet Style calligraphy is perfect for anyone who favors writing with an elegant, vintage quality. This worksheet set will teach you how to create calligraphy that will enhance any project! To begin, you’ll need a standard calligraphy dip pen, a Nikko G nib (for beginners) or Brause EF66 nib (for intermediate), sumi or India ink, and a printer and paper. I highly recommend printing TPK calligraphy worksheets out on 32# laserjet paper (you can use laserjet paper in any printer). It will be easiest to fill out this worksheet if you have taken the Beginner’s Modern Calligraphy Online Course, though many learners have worked through the worksheet without it.
The Janet Style calligraphy worksheet set underwent a complete redesign in August 2017, and it features the following:

Great, cost effective way to learn calligraphy. It’s so great that you can print additional copies to keep practicing.

I love this worksheet set! It’s very detailed and helps you practice each letter specifically. If you have trouble with flourishing, it has a way of helping with that as well (:

I love the Janet style and I feel like I saw the most improvement in my calligraphy while completing this course. I used this worksheet in conjunction with the video and Lindsey explains everything so clearly. I think if you’re looking to learn an elegant calligraphy style, without too much flourishing (although you can certainly add more if you like!) this is a great style to learn. My favorite letter form from this style is the upper-case “S!”

I found TPK by pure accident while surfing the web looking for ways to improve my handwriting. I am so pleased I found Lindsey’s blog and site. I purchased the Janet style printable and got to it. It was tremendous fun and so easy to get on board and understand. I have since purchased add-ons and different styles and am pleased to report that my handwriting has improved 10 fold. Lindsey’s downloadable worksheets are exceptional value for money and can really help you improve your lettering skills.

This style is very beautiful and elegant. I love how it lends itself to flourishing. These worksheets have multiple ways in which you can practice the letters and style including a whole section of different words so you can see and practice connecting different letter combos and use a variety of Majuscules. I loved it so much, I had to buy the Amy worksheets!
